Can I modify or cancel my order ?

Orders are processed shortly after confirmation to ensure fast production. Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift options ?

At this time, Teerific does not offer gift wrapping. Orders are delivered with discreet packaging and no pricing information inside the parcel.

Each Teerific piece is made to order.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

As each item is produced specifically for you, returns are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Can I exchange an item ?

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement.
